These Terms of Service govern your use of Political Content Blocker (the "Service"), a browser extension designed to filter political content. By using our Service, you agree to these terms.

Political Content Blocker is a tool that attempts to identify and filter political content from your social media feed. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all political content will be identified or that non-political content won't be filtered occasionally.

3. User Rights and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with UK data protection laws, including UK GDPR. We only collect and store your email address and subscription status (processed securely via Stripe) that are necessary for the functioning of the Service. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Political Content Blocker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any errors or omissions in the Service's functionality

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the extension interface.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
